We welcome Sefton RUFC, who make the short journey on the M57 to Waterloo Road for the Counties 2 adm Lancashire & Cheshire fixture. The two clubs have long history of competitive meetings, and out of the last 26 fixtures played Southport have won 12 games to Sefton on 14, however the most recent meeting in September saw Southport run out 28-37 winners at Sefton. A bonus fact that out of the 26 meetings Southport have scored 518 to Sefton on 503. Always a close game between these two clubs, with our squad on Saturday is featuring 14 home grown players with an average age of 24 who hope to play expansive game that will entertain the sideline.
